This company has purchased a sprint account i had 10 years ago. The original bill from sprint was included in my 2001 filing and has been released since 2003. How can these sorry so an sos do this to me? I need some advice.

I want to use Bolt Taxi, I see the nearest car in the application: standard - 3 min, economy - 4 min. Order economy, info shows - 11 min and adds taxi is far away (don't trust 11 min) and it travels in the opposite direction, again with the previous customer! Of course, I cancel the trip and choose the "standart", which is also present after 3 min. And what do you think - for cancellation will be charged by me 2. - USD! If it is not deception, then what?!
