Why charging money every month without my permission. I want my money back.

I have taken driving course long time ago but l dont why they keep changing me the money every month without my permission. I tried alot to contact customer care but l couldt and calls were also were busy. I want all my money back that you charged me every month. Hoping to get a positive response.
