I opted for an emailed certificate in order to get it faster and I have downloaded the certificate to my files but it’s just a bunch of random letters and it’s a long page. it’s nothing like a certificate. I need my certificate to get my licenses and I paid 10 extra dollars for an emailed certificate.
I sat through their dumb course, which contained infantile cartoon characters; very insulting. I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY PAPERS, to show my insurance company that I qualify for discount. I’ll contact AMEX tomorrow to reverse the charge. Very unprofessional. I would NEVER recommend
