Strange return / non-return scheme

I bought a tablet in ACME 1a.info store. I found three flaws - weak sound through headphones, no Play Store installed on Android, one pixel burned out. After a few days, I decided to give the tablet back and demand a refund. With this question I was sent to the 1a.info service department. The service person accepted the product, asking about the reasons why I want to return the purchase. I was also asked if I had a SWEDBANK account, because then the money would be credited back within one day. I had a SEB account - well, nothing, I thought, but it will be transferred in a couple of days. I waited 10 days. I write in the 1a.info chat, where the consultant starts telling me that the Play Store has been installed, but a scratch has been found on the back of the tablet.No such scratches occurred and were not detected at the time of return. It also doesn't matter what is installed on the tablet anymore, because I returned the product with a refund - that is my 14-day return policy. The consultant recommended to write [hide] @ 1a.info. I wrote both there and [hide] @ 1a.info. I hope the company is able to resolve this issue in the normal way.
