Hurtigruten Cruises Cruise Booking Review

Hurtigrutin says they had a problem with their computer with double booking, so put us in a different cabin on a different deck. Only compensation is $100 ship credit. Is this good PR? New cabin is a less expensive cabin!

HURTIGRUTEN DOES NOT PROVIDE WATER OR COFFEE

We booked a two week cruise with the Hurtigruten Cruise Line. Their brochure and advertising states “meals included.” After we were on board we discovered that water and coffee was provided only during the morning meal. Water was not provided during lunch.
