Poor service, no information
Hello, on May 18, I ordered the product from dormeo.org. There was an entry on the website that the product is in stock, so after the description I understood that I would receive the product within 1-3 days. 8 days after placing the order I sent a message to the info email that I have not received the product. I still haven't received a response. I called the customer service phone number several times. The number is immediately "dropped", so it is not possible to contact them. All you have to do is wait. Needless to say, I made a prepayment and the item was needed quite urgently.
