Rude management attitude

In this salon I was on a job interview for the position of administrator. The interview was with the salon manager. I was asked what I wanted to do in the future. I said I wanted to open my own salon because I like the beauty sphere and I have a leadership spirit inside. This was followed by a monologue from the manager. She said that girls like you will never be able to run a salon without economics education, they will destroy everything in Canada - in the beauty industry. Plus, she used the names of Italian llamas. He later said that I was wasting my time and having learned the wrong profession, although I said that I really like my profession (make-up artist). Then he said that he would not take me as an administrator, but offered me the job of a make-up artist. Of course, I said that I was also interested in working as a make-up artist if there was a vacancy. Then came the question - how much salary do I want? I said at least 500 dollars (on hand). To which she replied to me that I live in illusions and will only pay a penny from the beginning. I will still have to attend all kinds of courses, although I am a make-up artist by profession and I know all that. Then she told me that I needed to change my style - lashes had to be removed, nail polish had to be removed, hair had been collected. I agree that every workplace has its own standards, but as she said - you have to cut your lashes... it is very disgusting. Throughout the interview, I was almost silent as she spoke constantly and studied me from head to toe with a condemning look. What followed was that she began to ask where I lived, with whom, how old I was. As far as I know, this is private information. I do not recommend anyone to go and work there. If you want a contemptuous attitude and a small salary - please. I, personally, am in shock. I don't think there is such an unprofessional and evil employer. No wonderthat they are understaffed.
