Poor service
I live in Melbourne, Dzelzavas 42. The house is still not connected to the heating, although at night the temperature outside is 2 degrees. A few days I tried to call the Melbourne heat service, but nothing. looks like the phone is specially connected to the answering machine, because a few times it plays "All operators are busy", but then disconnected. Today I tried to call them from time to time all day, but nothing. The same situation was last year before our house was connected to heating.
