Hello, I would like to warn you all and learn from my mistakes by returning your Dell laptop (barely 1 year old) under warranty to this service! Starting with the acceptance of the product itself - the relevant employee Julia Mihejeva understands the English language very little, which caused me communication problems, because I do not understand Italian, so it was not possible to explain exactly what problem affected my computer. Instead of calling the master himself and pronouncing the exact problem of the computer, the warranty agreement was written with serious grammatical errors "After 5-10 minutes, the fan works loudly, intensely, roars. Measure the window with an error". The only reason I was taking my computer for warranty repair was because the computer fan was starting to sound unusual, which,of course, sounded like an industrial defect where you probably just had to replace a screw or even a minor one. Since I bought this computer for expensive money especially for studies, it was not driven anywhere and it did not get any shock, so that the computer itself - the fan - would be damaged accordingly. As a result, I was asked to pay 20 dollars for a "repair" because the continuous operation of the fan was caused by a computer virus, which was my problem. Instead of calling me and asking if I wanted to repair my computer for a fee after this service technician diagnosed me, my computer was reinstalled, losing important programs. Needless to say, the fan still has the same defect as I put it in this "warranty repair". How professional is the master of this service Oskars AdamoviChs,if unable to hear the sound? After this scam, I contacted a professional technician who clearly told me that my computer was and still was infected after the warranty with a virus, which, as I was deceived by the warranty service, was removed. The problem is that the virus resides on the hard drive, and to remove it, you need to format the hard drive, which in turn means installing a new operating system and not just (as written in the service diagnostics) it had to be restored. This rogue service has very talentedly deceived me into thinking and saying that everything has been reinstalled and fixed, even though there are only deleted programs to formally quit after reinstalling the operating system. Advice for everyone who wants to use the services of this service - before receiving your product back, as if repaired,feel free to check that everything is really fixed on the spot before signing the warranty service agreement and pay the money! And if the problem still seems to be minimal, I recommend that you consult a specialist beforehand so that you are not scammed and your product is further damaged.
