Poor service
I do not recommend anyone to use Express Mail. A lot of acquaintances, like me, are dissatisfied with the delivery and courier attitude. Many do not know how to communicate and talk to customers like "District Jackets". In the morning you receive a text message about the delivery, the courier phone is not indicated, you have to call and look up the number yourself. When calling a courier, when talking about a specific delivery time, the courier cannot specify the time or say at least an hour earlier. It has been the case that the courier arrives without prior notice. At times, it seems that the internal culture does not exist and employees are not educated.
