Trying to get Hotel Planner to release funds do Priceline can refund my money. I am already approved throu Priceline to get my money back for a stay that never happened. Confirmation number H387**** User’s recommendation: Don’t use.

It is a scam

I stayed in my reservation for one night. Didnt stay at hotel due to conditions and inaccurate description. Called them while I was at the room hotel Confirmed I only stayed 1 night they still charged me for two. Both times I asked for a manger and was refused. The Customer Service team is in Mexico so... REFUND DELAY MONTHS

Had booked for two days, paid in advance (DONT EVER DO THAT) changed to one day- HAVENT GOTTEN REFUNDED and that was Memorial Day User’s recommendation: Dont pay in advance.
We had to cancel our trip less than 24 hours before check-in, due to a last minute quarantine for COVID. We requested a refund, even though we agreed to the cancellation policy (no refunds that late, even if covid). But they worked with us and the hotel, and a few weeks later, we received our refund.
