Two weeks before Christmas 2018 customer x-card, promised to be made within a week, today is January 16, 2019. card not made. What do employees say about it? 1) Branch employee - the card is not in place, the customer has a new one (customer before HP) 2) Customer service spec. - the card has been made, is located in the branch specified by you 3) Online banking - the card is in the process of being made (for a month!) * Second day customer service does not answer my written questions about the card. Responsibility for the card is transferred from one employee to another. There is no idea what to do in a situation if the bank's employees (customer service) are not interested in solving the problem, communicate - to perform the duties of their position. It is also not clear what the fate of my X-Card is and if and whether it will come to me and when it will be. Don't believe the bidder!
