Need a contractor

Sink not working for 3 months now Ive called and they sent a contractor out and found out needed new sewerage line and septic tank it has been half open onto yard for over 3months and 7 calls just had cancer surgery and this is feeling my time help! User’s recommendation: Keep after them.

Have a plumbing contract with Home Serve. I Called on 4/17/21 on a problem. Told someone would call me on 4/19. No call. Called on 4/19 told someone would call on 4/20.
