I'm just "happy"... ;) ) The phone was switched off last week for exceeding the credit limit. This week I paid, call these - when the money arrives, we will connect you back... Yes, yes yes... Money paid - wait another 24 hours... and if I need a phone now... I don't think it's normal anymore.. The information department just doesn't connect with the billing part... Fantastic system and "fantastic, even very kind" people... You better not get in touch with Telstra...
