No service at all
Not bad service, but no service at all. This is not the first time that a package has been delivered. The problems are the same all the time, as described in other complaints. Yesterday the bus arrives at the house, does not even try to call at the gate or the phone, throws a leaf and pushes away. What do they have to run after, or what?! The operator says that the sender did not indicate the contact phone number to the recipient. I doubt it could be. Of course, delivery to the workplace has now been arranged, but now the hope is low, because the courier will hardly be able to find the right address. It seems that everyone is there and they just ride the buses with all the packages all over Australia!
