Delivery of order

Placed order WG3244**** and paid $1,160.70. Got phone call on 5 April saying delivery will be 6 April 2021. Waited at home all day. At 5:30pm I contacted shipping people and they said it is still out for delivery and the deliver up to 9:00pm. It is now 2:18pm on 7 April and NO delivery. Tried to... Read more➤

Discount Level

Hello! I would like to express my grief, I have been using AuMobile for several years now, I already have the 5th discount level, theoretically I would be given a 30% subscription fee or a 25% discount for sms and calls. When I receive my monthly payments, I don't understand where is my discount? (I have a "Ours" connection) I called their helpline, I started talking and it turned out that since I have a "Ours" connection, this type of connection is not discounted, just like MOST of the connections. If I want to get a discount on calls and sms, then I have to talk them for 1000 minutes and forward 1000 sms. Then the question is - what the hell is such a discount plan? Maybe it is necessary to change the kko, if for most connection types the 30% of the subscription fee, which is not! And I bought another phone, I read that I would pay 10 AUD per month for him (low-cost mobile + ours + negotiated minutes to other networks), ok, it satisfies me, I think it will be good!
