Crazy Heating

Hello. Yesterday (07. 04. 2020) I wrote the first complaint that it is +20 outside during the day, but you can't put your hand near the radiators, the windows are open 24 hours a day, and the bills come amazingly... Today, 08. 04. 2020. At 10. 00 in the morning, the temperature outside in the sun +21... You can't put your hand near the radiators... And when will that bardac end? How much longer do I have to receive crazy heating bills? One could ask many more provocative questions about this whole system, but... Let's see what happens next. Thank you.
