I purchased the Clifton 7 shoe. There is no room for the orthotics to fit comfortably. I contacted the customer service and theydonot return my calls. I emailed the ceo and nothing. This company does not support or care about their customers.buyer beware. User’s recommendation: Do not buy their shoes.
After chatting with an agent, I had to be issued a refund for my purchase. I did receive the refund and ordered another pair in a different style. I do wonder why I had to reach out to them instead of them notifying me that they had received my return.
