Disappointed with hisense product

Smart tv wont connect to the home wifi

My smart tv will not connect to the Wi-Fi. The tv is not even finding any Wi-Fi connections. I tried factory resetting the tv and it still has the same problem problem.

Hisense won’t switch on

We are awaiting feedback from game stores in Toti to assist for the past week, we had to get a copy of the transaction of the TV purchase but still no TV working for 2 weeks User’s recommendation: disappointing.
