Locked imei code for new phone
I bought an iPhone 8 in February this year. After three months, the area disappeared and it appears that there is no service. The fault of the Sim card is not, it was clarified from the operator. The operator recommended that we check the phone's imei code. This was done and it turns out that the Imei code of this phone is blocked. This means that the phone has been stolen. But buying it was completely new and with documents. So the fault of the manufacturer is that the code was taken from possibly another phone and it was stolen, so it turns out that this phone is stolen. I contacted AZ Electronics customer service and the attendant said to write down everything in a specific email so that one can contact the manufacturer. As a result, you now have to wait for the manufacturer to respond. Nothing is done faster to help the customer. I do not know,how many complaints should be written for anyone to take the matter seriously at all.
