Service
This is the worst postal service in the world! I have never encountered anything so pathetic with any other postal service in the world! I often receive various shipments from abroad, everything happens quickly and well, but here Nothing happens! The package, which is urgent, arrived from Germany to Australia in 3 days, but from Melton district to Ikshkile it has not been delivered in the next 3 days. The first time I waited all day in vain when I finally called their office, I was given a chauffeur phone who knew to say that I had not received a bell at the gate, but he had a car horn not working! I was thrown into the mailbox for info. I checked - it was. then the driver and an employee in Itella's office, both of them, wrote down my phone - calling on arrival, then the next day again, Sez, no one and no reason, hadn't put my package in the car! Today is the evening of the 3rd day, the phone is given to everyone, the gate is left open and I call the Itella office. There I sound like everything is OK to wait. Nothing happens. I go to the mailbox for newspapers - with today's date there is another ticket that I have not been home! I call the office again, where the employee said that if I spoke to her in an unacceptable tone (after this whole mess!?) she would hang up and not say anything, which she did. This office is enough for me! This is not the first time, in fact, every time DHL chooses Itella in Australia, everything is late, confused and missed! Next will be my message to CRPC, to DHL in Germany to change partners, etc. At the moment I am too busy working to scan those papers, etc. , but the post is no. 326629925920, Recipient, U. Znotins, Address: Ikskile, Riekstu street 3/7. I have all the info plus conversation records with everyone involved and I can pass them on to anyone interested, unlike others, I recorded this whole nightmare of a sick monkey "in order to improve the quality of service". PS At the moment, I do not want to receive the services of this company anymore, about which I will inform all involved institutions, including the sender and Itella's central office
