I waited 20 minutes while I was served. Then, when sorting the bill of lading, the employee of the information center Karen wrote the bill of lading, then I went to the security guard, there was a woman guarded, I do not remember the name, she checked the bill of lading and found an error. The security guard called the info center and told me about the error. I was sent back to the info center. The info clerk wrote a new bill and I went back to the same security guard and found the error again. I was angry because I was in a hurry. Thanks to the security guard woman, he went to the info center for the third time and only then did I write out the correct invoice. Why the info center is staffed by employees who do not know the product, but it is an info center.
