Poor service
Hello. Well, once is enough for me. Last week I went to the family doctor to get a sanitary booklet and as a result I was sent for a stool examination. As far as I understand, everyone has to do it once in a lifetime. Let's start with the fact that the family doctor did not tell us what it is and what is done there. Okay so... I go to the "nice" ladies who do the analysis. I will say its attitude is terrible. I don't know if it can be said, but the main one of them, a woman with glasses showed dislike, how can I not know what I need to do, how I could go to them without a sample. I started to say that the doctor did not tell me anything, told me to go here and that I would explain everything here. I was not thrilled that she could explain it to me very badly in Australian,what to do as a result of half of what was said did not understand, but was afraid to re-read as they start shouting. I said that it would have turned around and closed the door when I left. I understand that there are days when everyone is in a bad mood, but is that why it should hurt others and make the patient a liar and a fantasist? I really like my family doctor here, but if I have to do an analysis then I won't do it here anymore, because it was rude on her part. I am a very calm person and I usually do not say anything in return, so quietly leaving, but this was already the crown of everything. Correct me for a lie!
