I didn't receive any calls from you
Package no. 05368005315237 has been in your terminal since 26. 01. I originally received an email for two days in a row that there was a failed delivery, although I didn't receive any calls from you. I specified the information requested in the e-mail, I provided the telephone number. I received confirmation that the information has been recorded. The next day call to make sure the delivery information is confirmed, but the consultant says there is no phone number. I decided to change the delivery method to the parcel terminal immediately, the consultant confirms that the delivery has been changed. The next day I call again to make sure the delivery info is confirmed but find out not. Write the e-mail again, indicating this parcel post and again the telephone number. I get confirmationthat the information has been recorded. I am receiving an email today that a delivery will be made, but the recipient does not have my phone number. And there is a space at the pin code. Call you again and ask the consultant if it will interfere with the absence of a phone number and pin code. No, I will receive an email again when the package is in the parcel terminal. In the evening I check the package tracking info myself and see that the package is at the point of receipt. But I haven't received any emails. How can I remove a package if I don't have a pin code? What amazes me most is how pointless it is to provide information to your consultants if I ask several times whether the information has actually been received and recorded, to which I receive a clear 'yes', but the next day another consultant answers that there is no such data. >
