Bite lies
I come across a lie from the xMobile company. My husband went to "xMobile" and as he persuaded me to join, we were promised one month each for free, after three paid bills. 3 bills were paid, the fourth arrives, and no mention of the "free" next bill. I went to xMobile company TC "Alfa", where the guy tried unsuccessfully to apologize, as if activating this service, and promised that next month will definitely be free. The next one was not free of charge, then I went to TC Domina, xMobile customer service center, where the guy activated the application again, and said that xMobile may have canceled this promotion, but this time I received an unclear answer and no justification. Why then lie? Why promise a free month when it really doesn't exist. For this reason, we have decided to move from xMobile to another operator, in principle.
