Poor Service

I came across a very incompetent attitude when calling the emergency department today. At night, I called an ambulance, not a stranger, but a family member. Calling today and asking how a person feels, I replied that there is no time to provide information to everyone! Visits are not allowed and there is no time to provide information. The handset was literally dropped.
