Poor service

Travel to Malta 15. 10. 2017. 1. Nobody was waiting for us at the airport. we arrived at 1. 30pm. After 30 min. waiting, I called the only available phone no. - Guide Larisa. She was unkind and announced that the bus was there and the driver was also waiting. After another 15 min. I called again and said that we had been standing for almost 50 minutes. and there is no one here to tell her what to do. There were words again that we were probably standing wrong and the bus was there. More than 20 people standing wrong? Nonsense! Malta Airport is very small. It is not possible to stand there wrong. Only when we called the guide for the third time, she agreed that we would take a taxi for 4 people, and in the morning we will be refunded. 2. The adventures continued. There was a mandatory tour package, which we went with the already mentioned guide Larisa. I believe that the guide forgets that tourists have paid for her services. Usually the guide tells you where there are shops for water and food, as well as other necessary things in a foreign country (if there is a guide). In my experience, guides have usually done so. In Malta, we were told that such a bad tourist area where we live is expensive, we can't buy anything Maltese there, and so on. He regularly told about his family, which the group was already starting to ironize in retrospect, because no one was interested in it. The excursions were like a ride through the city and a very noticeable take to the souvenir shops you need. Stretched even to the store, where are her paintings for sale. Disinformed on the first daythat we will hardly buy local liqueurs in another store (they are completely available in all stores). In fact, this trip was organized by "VRK travel".
