Poor Service
Hello! I bought two tickets for the shopping tour in Białystok on the prieks.org website on April 13, 2020, but before that I called the indicated tel. No. + +61 27077790, to see if it really will happen as was mentioned in the description of the shopping Białystok market will be at least 13: 00, but after going to the supermarket Auchan and there will be up to 16: 00. As a result of the trip Weeks pirmdeina (04. 09. 2020) I called and asked if the trip would take place at all, answered very patchlessly, but said that if I was and two days before the day of the trip I would send an SMS with the bus number and the driver of the trip tel. No. But nothing.. I called myself on 12. 04. 2020 I asked if the trip would really take place, because no info was sent by e-mail or sms, as a result the attitude was awful when I called and asked again, after the call promised to send sms immediately, but only after one hour more when I called again, but it didn't end there. It turns out that prieks.org itself was unable to provide transport and put us at another company that has other times to shop in the market and in the supermarket. Did not inform or contact to say what was happening at all. You probably won't drive at all, because it doesn't make sense to drive so far and walk through the big market for only 3 hours. Terrible company and terrible attitude of employees...
