Called to see if they would replace spoiled pairs. Told me I had to contact the sender of my gift, which would be terribly rude. Offered no other recourse even though I agreed to give them the senders name and send a pix of bad pears. No help given. Would not suggest ordering fruit!!!!
I was assured that my gift would arrive on December 24, instead it arrived on the 18th. It sure spoiled what was supposed to be a surprise. The only one surprised was me. No more Harry and David for me.
We were sent a tower from relatives again this year. It included 6 pears. They looked old, a bit shriveled, dark and bruised. I remember years ago getting the pears and they were awesome. Juicy and worthy of bragging about. What happened to their quality? There aren’t the same. Wish the in-laws would quit sending them but...

Terrible service and poor quality food
Can Can pizza has come several times, because on the Pļavnieki side they are in every big Village's Mall. Every time you dine in this pizzeria you have to enjoy the simply unpleasant service and unpleasant attitude of the service staff, as well as the service even at minimal load (at least 3 waiters and 5 pizzeria guests) is more than slow, coffee is brought for at least 15 minutes. the organization of work in the pizzerias and the waitresses have not received any training. When choosing food, great care must be taken - mayonnaise is used cheap and tasteless, pork causes indigestion. Pasta with the chicken is delivered with vegeta and the chicken is practically invisible.
