Insufficient work

Concrete poured to replace damaged concrete slaps might have been improperly mix. The slaps are beginning to show signs of spalling and popouts. When I notified the company, they refused to investigate and blamed me for the deterioration. User’s recommendation: Speak to someone who is versed in concrete mix preparation.
