Earn money but end up paying penalties for company violations!

I received a fine from the traffic police for unpaid toll road. The chairman said that the roads are paid. When I told the boss to give me back 120 dollars for the penalty I received because of him, he told me why I was driving past the traffic police! If you go there to work, your job will be one big offense for which you will pay. With his lighting schemes you will drive for 30 hours there it is normal. And yet the boss can call one night to say something stupid. The fleet is dead there. Don't work there! I have no name but the boss of this firm is very ambiguous!
