I was assured the shipping charge would be taken off because I had included the proper promo code in a timely manner. Twice I received written assurance. And Haband charged me anyway. Promised delivery in 6 to 8 days and when questioned was told 14 plus days until it shipped .Was not notified of the delays , had to call them and spoke to some foreign person with strong accent , hard to understand . User’s recommendation: very poor.
