CONSTANT issues! Techs are under trained or JUST DON’T CARE.. we have had 6 GVTC techs here in the last 4 weeks….All with the knowledge of a can opener. But one good thing!!! If you live in the Hill country… You are their SLAVE. Good job GVTC…. Choke on your money.
The company monopolies there customers any chance they get. I just needed internet for playing video games with friends and family on the PlayStation 4. The technical support team directed me over to customer support because they couldn’t give me a static IP address. Turns out it’s mainly do to being charged an extra $15.00+ a month...
