Now everything is ok , I got refund back . But it was impossible to find a customer service phone number , nobody answered to my emails until I complained. I still don’t understand how a huge brand as guess can’t deal in time with customers.
I am currently at a guess store in retail crossing, they refusing to exchange an item that is their brand because they don’t have it in store anymore, they told me to find a different guess store that has the same product.
