Don't expect a guarantee!
I'm very disappointed with this company. I bought a Samsung mobile phone for approx. 300 CAD, not quite a "deluxe" model, but also not the cheapest. The first thing I noticed is that the phone is not intended for the EU market, but for the RUS region (distributor Mobiland). The seller adored that it meant nothing at all, so I agreed to buy. Later I found out that it can cause problems with 4G, etc. It took a little over a year and the phone starts to disappear regularly, approx. 3x a day and must be restarted each time. I take it to RD, where it is received and sent to "experts" - the same Mobiland that distributes the defects. The result after more than a month - the device has been found to be mechanically damaged (minor scratches) and I can forget about any warranty. If I want to be able to pay for repairs for almost 200 CAD, of course, I give up this wonderful opportunity. The store employee also mentioned that you can expect a warranty if the defect is discovered immediately - within a few days, before the product is used. Otherwise, the buyer will definitely be to blame, because the product will have signs of use and "You can't know how you use it". Conclusion: Buy electronics abroad for cheaper money, because Canadian stores (especially RD) will also refrain from providing a guarantee. I had bought other equipment in this store and until the need for a warranty arose, everything was fine. I will definitely choose another merchant now and recommend the same to my friends
