Service

Every time at Australian Pasts, service-related things are like a toothache. One person works behind the counter and it is one of the first days for him. There are at least 12 people in line and each service takes ~ 10 minutes. Isn't it really possible to hire young people who know how to serve customers and typing on keyboards not only with two fingers, but also with others! Thank you for the parcel terminals that have made it all easier to go to the Mail so that you don't have to put on every time!
