Poor service, resentment

Yesterday, May 14, 18:18. faced with an unpleasant situation, the work had to go to the OVP, I was at the doctor, it sent me to a neurologist and then put the analysis to the laboratory, went to the neurologist, I took the number 203 (at 11. 36) and waited for my cart for an hour! While the doctor's car didn't bother, I asked why I was still sitting here, to which I replied that my number had not lit up on the screen. She went to the lab, where I was invited to go. The lab blonde woman with glasses immediately started blazing at me, where I was walking around and why I didn't go inside, to which I replied that I had been sitting and waiting for an hour for my room to light up. All this was called a lie and shame, and I am not at all ashamed. Leaving the laboratory, I was spoiled for the rest of the day, it was the first and last time I was at this clinic! I had worked in medicine myself for many years and no matter how much my mood or bad day would have been, I would never have left to talk to patients!
