Fraud

My friend and I decided to start a gym. Deciding in favor of lemongym we went to a trial training. Everything seemed great, so we both bought a "flex" subscription with a minimum term of 1 month. As we did not know whether we would like to go further, we immediately signed the documents on termination of the contract on the same day (because it takes 30 days in advance). It took almost this month and I got a call from another lemongym club to name the bank and an email so I could send me the new bill. I am shocked to say that I have terminated the contract on the same day I started and will not go to the hall again. It turns out that there is a new administrator who has not entered these documents into the system. The girl on the phone calms down and says that everything will be fixed. Needless to say, my friend is in the same situation. Okay, let's go to the club the second day and tell the situation, ask if everything is fine. Well, again, there is another administrator who doesn't seem to understand anything. We hope all is well. After training, my friend decides to freeze for one week (which is possible - at least it is indicated in their table) because he is going out of the country. Pay 2 dollars and ask the adminIstrator if you will be able to use this week when you return - yes! The friend returns and is not in the gym because the term has expired. AdminIstratore, again new, explains that nothing appears in the system and they know nothing about freezing. Of course, the friend did not take the check, which may not have been given at all, because it happens to them there. We understand that there will be nothing with this administrator, we will come the next day and tell the whole situation again. Since my contract expired sooner than I did not freeze this week, I foolishly bought a "comfort" subscription for a year, reading all the reviews I'm scared and sometimes have to go to terminate the contract before it's too late. In general, lemon gym: - does not respond to e-mails - administrators are not competent, do not register contracts, are not informed - misleading information is provided about things that do not exist or "do not" " - a fee is charged for freezing a subscription, which is then not allowed I am inexpressibly disappointed.
