I filled the form on the website www.govsimplified.com. I paid about $190 for it, but after I haven’t received anything from them. These jerks kept silence within 3 weeks. I was scared and head full of grey hairs. It was too stressful for me. Really don’t advise you to deal with such awful company like this one....

Poor service
I wanted to share an unpleasant incident that happened on July 8th. I had Usg Lachplesh38. Pulse in the medical center5. I took No went to the reception desk concluded that there is no charge. When I arrived from the seashore, I asked that I leave my passport and come the next day to pay. But she doesn't park.
