Poor service, fraud
Hello, I wanted to warn others who are considering visiting this salon. I 02,05,2020 was applied to a procedure called body wrapping with algae. I explained by phone what procedure I was applying for and the administrator warned me that the procedure lasted 90 minutes. when I arrived I was disappointed. First, only half of the legs (back) and everything were treated with algae. That's what the whole wrapping was called. The procedure lasted 45 minutes! When after the procedure I asked why I had only part of the foot treated and wrapped me the administrator was surprised at first then the master intervened and said it was only for the feet. That is the procedure. The administrator was already ready to ask for a smaller amount but the master claimed that it was all after the program.In short, I paid 40 CA$ for partially treated feet, because I believe that by cheating money on incomplete procedures, the circle of clients will never increase and vice versa. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. Arrogant attitude and believes that people are stupid and do not understand anything. Amber
