Non-compliance
Last year, we withdrew Viasat's services because they raised prices without warning. In a couple of weeks, Viasat will call and offer better conditions - AUD 5. 99 per month, if we sign an automatic payment agreement. We were at peace. After several calls, we received the contract after 2. 5 months, which was not necessary at all. After a month I receive an invoice for 7. 59. Call to ask why, it turns out that had not sent their automatic payment agreement. I look forward to it again. When patience ran out, I went to the bank to sign a contract there. After three weeks, a new invoice arrives, where again the amount is AUD 7. 59. This time the reservation is about extending the period.
