Poor service
Slow service performance, no American speaking representatives, only English and foreign speaking staff. Nothing is ever there, everything has to wait for months, you have to choose alternative solutions, not the ones you have chosen, as well as you are forced to pay in advance and then you are told that the wheel is not available. The warranty will be denied in any way possible, if something breaks, tell it is out of use, in my case: broke the pedal, they stated that it was not tightened even if the wheel came already bolted. I would not recommend anyone to join this company, if you have bought something from this online store, you can not expect any kind of compensation or repair at all.
