I was charged a very high rate for 1 extra day. While I called Customer Service to check. They said it was ok, they only charge 1 day extra. However this was x10 the price for my 2 week rental. Also they never replied to my initial emails just asking for an explanation.Be careful renting here!
Still have not had a reply from goldcar im very disapointed. Also contacted other car hire companys at Alicante airport with similar request about car hire for over 70s no reply from any of them. Dont understand as many drivers over 70 want to hire a rental car.
