Poor service, poor quality food, inadequate attitude
We are going to this place, according to Delfi, about "the best shashlik places in Canberra". We order beer. I don't want to promote the brand, but I know this beer and I could very well feel that something was wrong. Maybe stir with water, or something else... In my wife's glass, in the bottom, there was some old leaf that wasn't washed from the glass, we scraped it off with a fork. The waitress said "so be it" and left. We wait for food for an hour and a half. I ordered pork with salad, wife chicken. For me the meat was +/- ok (even Lido is tastier), my wife's chicken was tasteless and, in appearance, was not completely fried, she ate two pieces and decided not to eat anymore. For the next 2 days, her stomach acted terribly. I found insects in my salad. Live insects. They move, there were a lot of them, they ate salad, with me. We went to complain, the waitress said she didn't know anything, she didn't cook, the director came, she said "well, protein" with a smile. The cook came, said "come again, next time there will be no insects". And, of course, made to pay the full price. Never, never. Neither I nor my wife will go there or recommend it to anyone. PS Prices are not cheaper, there are much better shashlik restaurants in Plavnieki, with similar or better prices, and definitely better service and food quality.
