My campaign fund were refunded to the donors

I just received an email saying 100 of my donors are being refunded from gifting my campaign. Why? Please share how to turn it around? User’s recommendation: It is very confusing but somehow my donations were refunded to very generous donors.

Their failure to communicate

They deleted my account and will not respond to me when I ask about getting the funds within the account. I have never used them before and their horrible communication and failure to resolve issues means I will never use them again and will discourage friends from using them. User’s recommendation: Don’t use this sham.

NEED HELP!!!

I cannot login to my account. they have my wrong email listed even when I get emails to the right email!! I cannot log in. I forgot my password and there is no one that can help me. I also want to change my message and withdraw the funds and there is no help!

There’s not even a send button when you type an email

I have sent my correct routing and account number after mistakenly sending it the first time incorrectly I get no response I can’t speak to a person and I’m worried that I’m going to lose my money that I so desperately need on the northeast corner
