I was lied to about heat exchanger being cracked and was sold a new furnace when I did not need a new furnace.

I don't understand why I need a toll-free or paid phone and who can call the AuMobile operator if I call when I don't want to pick me up waited more than an hour for patr but no one raises... I don't understand what they are paid for drinking coffee.
