I just came off a tour with Globus and the driver was one of the best I have ridden with on tours. He made sure we were all on and even held an umbrella for us in the rain who need help. He even made sure the lady with the walker had it on and off.
The tour guide is very knowledgeable. She could have given us a phone number to call her if we had a problem and couldn’t meet the rest of group. We were just on a tour of Venice. She left four people behind. Leaving them to find their own way back to the hotel. Which is miles away...

I am a motor coach operator who transports guests on different tours for globus. The expectations of a globus driver are very high, to bad there is no recipication. This comment has no reflection on the tour directors, they have been great to work with. As for the corporate office, they could care less about the driver....
