ATM Fraud

NEVER use the services of SEB ATMs again, and of course, the shabby banks that installed them and steal money with their help! I tried to withdraw money from SEB City Mall Lielupe ATM, the money was deducted from the account, but it was not issued - after I confirmed the amount, it was announced that there are not enough funds in the ATM! I filed a complaint with my bank (ScandinavianBanka) last month, but the money was not returned either! I am not a clerk, a Member, or that, and that money of 300+ USD is not superfluous for me at all! I think it is krapshan, and it is completely legal! Does anyone have a positive experience of getting their money from bank fraudsters? Go to the police?
