We requested for reconnection since yesterday July 24 at 3pm until now 1030 am no reconnection was made and aside from that we always experience no service. we always request for technician and scheduled online and still no responsenor update made frombyour end.
I was disputing a call that was made on 5/17. I told them that I never make a phone call while outside of the country. I only use the account to receive a pin when using the account on line.
