Rudeness, lies, banditry

I don't like to complain or complain about things, but seeing how many people have referred to the guest house "bay hills "ATV advertising, I want to tell you my experience in this recreation complex. I contacted the owner Edgars Zevelis by phone a couple of weeks in advance to ask about the possibilities for a small group of friends (6 people) to relax in the guest house, enjoy the sauna and go on the next day on quad bikes. Everything was fine - spoke beautifully, sounded interested in customer convenience and left a positive impression. The first suspicion that something went wrong came a few days in advance and made sure the reservation was valid and no changes were made, because when calling one of the phone numbers listed on the website, the woman (possibly the manager) answered - yes, everything is ok, the reservation is active. But the safe remains insecure, I also called the landlord himself, and now the accusations started that I had not come to see the premises in advance (which we had not specifically agreed on), so the reservation may have been canceled, but planner and will try to offer. We called, offered other rooms than the ones we had talked about, but well, trifle - sent pictures, agreed. 1/20/2020 Shortly before 18:00 in the evening we arrived and were there until 23:00. He waited, showed us the rooms and then the most interesting thing started. -we asked about the start time of the quad bike ride and it had already been changed by the owner from 11:00 to 9:00. Trivia, but still. Somehow we managed to reach a compromise on the start at 10:00. - It seemed strange that the use of each fork and plate had to be agreed with the owner, but we just made fun of it. -lighting a fireplace for a more cozy mood also required crisis management. We talked for a long time while we persuaded and when we lit, we gave the firewood for about 40 minutes and we didn't wait for the next one after the repeated invitation. -we talked by phone about the use of the games room (which has billiards and possibly something else), which the owner promised to show, but it did not happen, because suddenly the only room key was lost. - as initially there was not enough bed for each one, we talked about bringing a separate bed and a couple of bed linen sets to us, but this did not happen in 5 hours (the host's comment was simple, because repeated calls were answered: "you are already there with each other relations are not, you can sagulet beds together over several ''). in the end the repeated calls to execute the agreement, the landlord began to us yell from the text with (quote) : '' if you do something like that, then took up their belongings and p * sat from here * * away! "(followed, of course, by a whole sea of ​​uncensored words) to this, of course, our mouths widened, because as if we were talking about basic self-evident things that the landlord has decided to do, and it has not happened for a few hours, the reaction to repeated calls was as follows. The next day I sent a text message with a picture of the company member and the text "I wanted to order a monument". I wonder what that meant... Danger? Hoping for a nice evening in the company of friends, we met with brutal rudeness and left the premises before midnight. If you are planning to go to this place, think about whether such negative emotions are necessary in your life : ) we were not given either a check or a receipt for the money paid. There was no agreement either. Okay, maybe this time insignificant, because the money was returned. A security deposit of 200 AU$‎ / piece was suddenly demanded for quad bikes - everything is self-evident, but it would hardly be possible to recover that money without breaking anything.
